To the question of the conduct of the procedure of delegation of public authorities to local government authorities

The article is devoted to the issues of implementation of the procedure for delegating the powers of local self-government bodies in Russia, the principles that determine the transfer of powers are examined. The sources of problems of delegation of authority are studied.
