On the issue of the psychological aspect of the tactics of interrogation of minors

The article deals with the problems related to the psychological aspect of the preparation and interrogation of minors. The analysis of the peculiarities of the psychological state of children and adolescents, which may affect the result of the interrogation, is given. Psychological recommendations were identified for the use of standard procedures and techniques for effective interrogation. The study is based on an analysis of Russian legislation and theoretical provisions.
