To the question of the ways of improving the culture of management of municipal education

The publication explored the culture of management of the municipality. Based on the analysis of management culture in the activities of the Administration of the Shalinsky district of the Chechen Republic, problems have been identified and recommendations have been developed for improving the management culture.
