Concerning extension of the list of administrative penalties imposed for administrative offenses provided for by laws of constituent entities of the Russian Federation

The article examines the issue of expanding the list of types of administrative penalties imposed for administrative offenses stipulated by the laws of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The author suggests to supplement the list specified in the Part 3 of the Article 3.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation with the new administrative penalty - compulsory community service. This form of punishment as a measure of response to committing administrative offenses, provided for by the regional administrative and tort law, can contribute to the most efficient achievement of the goals of administrative responsibility and reduction of fine sanctions.
