To a question of expansion of the rights in the sphere of health protection: constitutional context and industry legislation

Purpose: Reasons for need of expansion of the rights of citizens in the sphere of health protection. Methodology: The formal legal method was used. Results: The international level of regulation of the rights of individuals in the field of health care is considered, the characteristic of standard terms of delivery of health care and provision of medical services is provided; the attention to need of observance of standards of medical care for ensuring its quality is focused; reasons for entering of the right to respect of time of the patient within implementation of a constitutional right on health protection and medical care are provided. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific and practical value as is modern attempt of consideration of an actual problem.
