To the question of consideration of the right to protect personal data in the framework of the right to invalidity of private life

In this article, the authors examine the relationship between the right to protection of personal data and the right to privacy within the framework of their guarantees by the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to such a question as whether the right to the protection of personal data is included in the institution of the inviolability of a citizen's private life. In the concept of this issue, the authors paid attention to the consideration of the concept of "private life".
