To question about differentiating of the article of natural resources law and the land law

The presented article is devoted a question about the place of the Land law in the system of the Russian law. There are different points of view on legal nature of the Land law. In accordance with a current legislation the land relations are regulated the norms of the right land, civil, administrative and ecological. The prevailing method of adjusting is imperative. Thus in obedience to legal science, Land law along with Water, Forest and Air behaves to the Natural Resources law, by his subindustry.
