On the placement (publication) of regulatory acts of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation on the “Official internet portal of legal information”

Introduction. The paper substantiates the idea of the expediency of placing (publishing) on the “Official Internet Portal of Legal Information” the regulatory acts of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, which, in terms of their legal force and social and legal significance, are comparable to the regulatory acts of the federal executive bodies posted on the specified official state information and legal resource in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The comparability of the designated acts is manifested in those cases when they are issued under and pursuant to the same legal norm, affecting the homogeneous rights and obligations of citizens, or have signs of acts that do not need the state registration. The purpose of the study is a scientifically based conclusion on the advisability of posting (publishing) on the “Official Internet Portal of Legal Information” the regulatory acts of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation and a proposal de lege ferenda aimed at improving the legal mechanism for such posting (publication). Methods. The methodological framework for the study is the methods of scientific knowledge, among which the main one is the comparative legal method. The results of the study are to achieve the goals. The scope of results: the legislative process. Conclusion. The placement (publication) on the “Official Internet Portal of Legal Information” of the relevant regulatory acts of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation contributes to providing public authorities, organizations and citizens with official, complete and reliable legal information.
