To the question of variety of the delivery agreement

In this article, the author analyzes some subspecies of the supply contract, in particular, the supply contract for state (municipal) needs, the energy supply contract, the contract of contract. It is concluded that regardless of the specifics of the legal regulation, all these relations should be directly attributed to the supply institute, since they share characteristics, specific features, basis and conditions that are common to it.
