To the question on developing and research of liposomal forms of tetanic and diphtheritic anatoxins

The following work represents the data on incapsulation in liposomes with the method of evaporation in the inverted phase of tetanus and diphtheria anatoxins. For the creation of the new medical forms of anatoxins this work is perspective. As a result of the research optimum parities of a lipid (lecithin) / anatoxin were picked up for creation of stable liposomal forms. Reaction of coagglutination and centrifugation were used for the research of specific activity and stability during storage. Preservation of specific activity of anatoxins was established in inclusion in liposomes.
