In reference to reasonability of criminal procedure term during the institution of criminal proceeding

Current article is dedicated to investigation of one of basic procedural principles. Authors analyze native experience of practical applying of the reasonable term principle in criminal proceeding. From the authors’ opinion, it’s necessary to bring certain changes in Russian law of criminal procedure.
