The oil and gas industry is one of the key areas of economic development in the Russian Federation. The Russian Federation is experiencing the need to attract private investment at the level of partnership relations. The possibility of creating large-scale projects in the oil and gas industry largely depends on the effective interaction of the state and the private sector.
