On the issue of the development of the information technology system in the provision of public services by the Pension Fund of Russia

The growth of the quality and accessibility of public services, their openness are the priorities of state policy in the Russian Federation. The article talks about the prospects for the development of digital technologies in the pension process of the Pension Fund of Russia in the context of the transformation of the quality of services that meet the needs of modern society, about the leading aspects of preparing the information system of the FIU to work in the digital economy, as well as some aspects of the development of the system of public services: interaction of structural divisions and social partners of the FIU; development of the principle of accessibility and targeting of services; the activity of the institution to increase the number of applicants who applied through the electronic services of the FIU.
