On the question of the implementation of a practice-oriented approach in modern legal education

The article discusses some issues of the implementation of a practice-oriented approach in legal education. The models of building technologies of the educational process are investigated. A historical and comparative analysis of the implementation of various models of training lawyers was carried out. The critical positions in the implementation of the competence approach in the training of lawyers are revealed. The necessity of harmonization of practice-oriented approach models in the conditions of modern crisis phenomena in jurisprudence is substantiated.
