To the question of exercise of the right to unilateral refusal to fulfill an obligation not connected with the breach of the agreement by one of its parties

The relevance of this topic is due to the rapid development of contractual legal relations. This article discusses the problems of exercising the right to unilaterally refuse to fulfill an obligation that is not related to a violation of a contract by one of its parties. The analysis of the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and international law, which enshrines the right to unilateral refusal in non-contractual legal relations issues of its implementation, is carried out.
