On the issue of reforming criminal legislation in the field of property crimes

The article considers the category of crimes against property, the state of crime in Russia in this area. The criminal legal content of such crimes as theft, robbery, robbery is analyzed. It is concluded that the reform of the criminal law to date has not led to positive changes in the law enforcement system.
