To the issue on regulation and sentencing of juveniles in England

This article is devoted to the regulation and sentencing of juveniles in England. The issue of the regulation and sentencing of juveniles is a topical one nowadays. The improvement of the juvenile correction system meets Russia's national interests and also serves as a necessity of execution of norms of key international instruments governing the activities of penal institutions by our State. The study of foreign experience related to the regulation and the sentencing of juveniles is of special theoretical interest. This experience, quite ambiguous, cannot be used as a model for blind copying.
