The regulatory functions of the budget system

The article provides an analysis of the budget system possibilities in the macroeconomic regulation of financial as well as reproductive proportions. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the fiscal relationship. The article proposes an analysis of the concepts extended budget (or government budget) and the consolidated budget. It claims the need for revision of the budget proportions, including fiscal proportions.
