To the question about the role of administrative legal control by joint competence in the development of co-operative commencements in federal states

International-legal experience of the development of co-operative commencements in terms of federated state is analyzed. The role of state-legal institute of joint authority of federal state and its regions as law instrument of formation, functioning and further development of different institutes of cooperation in federated states, is grounded. Proposals on modernization of processes that stimulate cooperation in the sphere of state administration in Russian Federation are formulated.
