The article is devoted to the issues of realization federal and regional innovation policy for supporting innovative economic development, increasing standard and quality of population life. It was substantiated the necessity and defined the content of the reference directions of the government support for innovative activities facilitated activization the process creating and promotion innovatives. The author justified significance of the mechanism state-private partnership in innovative sphere, and in solving the problem of reorientation regional economic into innovative way of development.
