On the issue of autonomous financial liability of a peasant (farm) enterprise

The article deals with the issues of autonomous financial liability of a peasant (farm) enterprise as a specific subject of law due to which exaction of debt by the creditors must be applied to the property of the farm enterprise, detached from personal property of its members, registered on a separate statement of balance and used for systematic acquisition of income from agricultural activity.
