On the issue of network-centric war and peace (some aspects)

Network-centric war and peace are considered not as their new type, but as a transitional stage coinciding with the change of the new architecture of the world. The author attempts to capture the political science meaning in this, using the phenomenology of the philosophy of politics. The article substantiates ontological and cognitive approaches in understanding and explaining the essence of a forced military special operation on a known territory. The author singles out the goal setting of the military dominant (demilitarization) and the meaning setting in the field of mentality and self-awareness (denazification). The paper propose a mechanism for their implementation: to fight with the media, to cultivate a new type of «civil» network-centric war, outside of hostilities, etc., and calculates the consequences of the conflict, the change in the world order, the emergence of new and network hierarchies, the probable fate of the warring parties in this process.
