The aim is to conduct a linguistic analysis of the syntactic norms of the use of the most frequent verbal nouns (deverbatives) in the doctor's professional speech: examination, observation, reception, consultation, appointment, work. Research problem: the profession of a doctor is communicatively active, so the speech of a medical worker should be a model of literacy and correctness. The language norm is mandatory for representatives of all professions, but often a representative of the medical field becomes a victim of stereotypes of linguistic behavior, broadcasting a deviation from the norm. Description of what an article is devoted to: in the modern Russian literary language, there is a strict rule of using the form of a dependent noun with these deverbatives, the data of which are given in the text of the article. However, the authors have identified a tendency to change the norm with respect to compatibility with the term inspection.
