On the question of the systemicity of categories in the refraction of political and legal concepts in Kazakhstan

In the article presented to the attention, dialectics as a method serves as one of the conductors of the logical mediation of the process of development of the state and law at the present stage of the modern history of Kazakhstan. Incorporating elements of synergetic knowledge, the study is enriched with the resources of the philosophy of law. The purpose and objectives of the study is to analyze the dialectical concept of the connection between the logical and the historical, which incorporates the theoretical understanding of empirical phenomen as interconnected components of a specific whole - the historical process. The content was formed to a large extent on the basis of classical works of scientists in the field of history, theory of state, philosophy of law, which made it possible to substantiate a number of conclusions about the instrumental significance of the methodology, which allows us to study the elements of legal reality in multifunctional correlations.
