On the issue of the system-forming categories of financial law

The article is devoted to the identification and substantiation of system-forming categories of financial law. The conventional approach to defining system-forming categories of financial law is considered, as well as the theoretical approach within the framework of the concept of “autopoiesis”, the criterion of “convergence of systemic connections”, the principles of “corresponding systemic changes” and “legal infiltration”. The author proposes to consider finances, the subject, method, and principles of financial law as system-forming categories of financial law.
