To the question of socio-psychological optimization of interpersonal relations in kursan teams of military universities

The approaches to the problem of optimizing interpersonal relationships and its features in the teaching teams of military schools are considered. As a conclusion, five directions are proposed for optimizing interpersonal relationships.
