On the question of socio-cultural factors of strengthening the cultural sovereignty of the Russian Federation

In the article, the authors analyze the sociocultural factors of strengthening the cultural sovereignty of the Russian Federation, give the concept of “cultural sovereignty”, “sovereignty”, the history of its origin, and also examine how, in modern conditions of the development of information communications, cultural sovereignty is based on the historical and cultural values of Russian civilization.
