To the question of the content of regional policy as a set of interrelated components: economic, social, environmental

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the content of regional policy as a set of interrelated components: economic, social, environmental. The article develops the content of regional policy and its environmental component. The mechanism of influence of the ecological component on the economic and social components of the regional policy is described. The mechanism contains channels of influence of the environmental component on indicators of the effectiveness of the economic and social components of regional policy. The subject, object, goals, objectives, the system of directions, functions, the mechanism of the environmental component implementation are specified, which allows to increase the effectiveness of regional policy and to ensure sustainable development of the region.
