To the question of the preservation unfortered settlements of Bakhmutino culture

The publication is devoted to the study of the degree of preservation unfortified settlements of the Bakhmutino culture. The work identifies the main factors of destruction, as well as the nature of the negative impact on the settlements cultural layer. Assessment of the current state of objects confirms the previously expressed opinion about the destruction of most settlements in the course of human economic activity. The obtained data explain the lack of researchers interest in carrying out stationary archaeological work on unfortified settlements due to their low information content.
