To the question about correlation of concepts of state and public authorities

The paper considers the relationship between the concepts of "state power" and "public power", as well as the characteristics of these concepts. The considered positions of jurists lead to the conclusion that the state power is a kind of public (political) power coming from the name of society, manifested in the power of state bodies on the basis of the rule of law.
