On cooperation in solving transboundary environmental problems (on the example of international watercourses of Russia and Kazakhstan in the 1992-2009 period)

Transboundary environmental problems cause serious disagreements between the states sharing natural resources. Russia and Kazakhstan have a lot of transboundary watercourses that requires development of a special mechanism of international cooperation as including questions of protection, unified approach to preserving international water quality, as well as their rational use.
