On the issue of improving legal regulation of digital financial assets in Russia

The author comes to the conclusion that since a new object of law is being studied, only practical activities related to DFA allow one to reason and analyze the legal reality arising regarding DFA with a certain certainty. Therefore, at present, one can only speculate on possible options for using DFAs, but based on the logic of the legislator regarding digital currency, DFAs will represent full-fledged property rights that will not be questioned by both law enforcers and the public.
