To the question about perfection of the processes of warehouse logistics at the enterprise

The article examines the problem of improving warehouse logistics processes based on the use of modern logistic methods for analyzing consumption and grouping stocks. Analyzes the processes of inventory management in stock and used in practice inventory management systems. Based on the proposed algorithm of formation of the need for resources, the requirements for the process of managing the material flow in the warehouse are formulated.
