To the question of improvement of management decisions on activation of interaction of municipal authorities with local community

The publication discusses issues of improving managerial decisions to enhance the interaction of municipal authorities with the local community. The author proposes to apply a system-synergetic approach to the development of measures to improve municipal governance. The study was conducted on the basis of materials from the Administration of the Chiri-Yurt rural settlement, Shali municipal district of the Chechen Republic. The problems of the Administration's interaction with the local community, as well as managerial decisions in this area are identified. Recommendations on solving the identified problems are proposed.
