On the current development of international production and technical cooperation

The article is devoted to the current development of industrial and technical cooperation at the international level, which is an important form of foreign economic activity of companies operating in the world market. We have theoretically considered the nature, significance and features of various forms of interaction between companies from different countries within the framework of industrial cooperation: joint production and joint ventures, licensed production, subcontracting, technical production, outsourcing. From a practical perspective, we have paid a sufficient attention to the territorial features and modern trends of these processes on a global scale. The fact that international industrial and technical cooperation in its various manifestations plays an important role in the global world economy, facilitating the exchange of technologies, resources and knowledge between countries, confirms the relevance of the study. It is concluded that under the conditions of changing world order, international production and technical cooperation also has tendencies to develop: its forms are being improved and the directions of interaction are changing.
