On the issue of standardization of advocacy

The article raises the question about the standards of advocacy, analyzes the evolution of the formation of the rules and standards of the advocacy profession, the position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation about that questions; raises the problem of standardization of the participation of a lawyer as a professional representation in civil proceedings, justifies the development of a project of a lawyer in a civil, arbitration cases, as well as in cases considered under the rules of the CAS of the Russian Federation. The article has scientific value, representing a comprehensive analysis of the question of the advisability of standardizing advocacy.
