To the issue of “akme” strategy in professional self-development

The article discusses the aspects of the development of acmeological consciousness of professional and, in this regard, reveals the conditions for effective creative activity to form an “acme strategy,” describes the multicomponent composition of the personality of the subject of self-development, identifi es the role of the acmeological position, which involves the integration of not only transforming, but also developing models and technologies self-development. The determinants and technology features of this process are highlighted.
