On the issue of the structure of constitutional consciousness and its features

The article deals with the constitutional sense of justice as an integral entity with an internal, content structure, and a generalized characteristic of the features of this type of legal consciousness. The interrelation of the constitutional sense of justice and the binary nature of law, enshrined in the Russian Constitution (natural and positive principle) is noted. The following structural components of the constitutional sense of justice are revealed: rational-ideological, socio-psychological, spiritual-cultural, political. The author makes a conclusion about the special, predetermining role of the components of constitutional legal awareness for a specific type of legal behavior - constitutional behavior.
