Бесплатный доступ

The article examines the structure of legal relations based on the general theoretical approach to this legal phenomenon. The author draws attention to the need for a more detailed study of the structure of legal relations, which will contribute to the creation of a more uniform approach to this legal category. The author concludes that the structure of legal relations consists of interdependent elements, each of which carries its own functional load. In the absence of at least one element in the structure of legal relations, one should not talk about legal relations, since these elements are closely interconnected. Only with a complex interaction of these interconnected legal elements united into a single structure can one talk about a legal relationship.
