Concerning organizations engaged in prevention of violations of employees' labour rights

The article deals with the activities of such entities preventing violations of employees' labour rights as the Federal Labour Inspectorate, Public Prosecutor's Office, trade unions, employers and employees. It is concluded that the prevention of labour rights violations depends, first of all, on an employee and an employer. Prevention of labour rights violations implemented by state or non-governmental organizations is the subsequent preventive measures, not substituting actions of the employee and the employer.
