To the issue of the existing of the welfare social state in the countries of the Islamic system of law

In this paper, the author analyses social aspects of the constitutions and other fundamental laws of Islamic countries, including Saudi Arabia's Nizam in the sphere of state protection of citizens' rights to education, health care, housing and other basic social rights. In terms of the article, the author concludes that there is some special "Islamic socialism", ensuring social and economic rights of citizens in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah.
