On the question of the essence and meaning of legal education

The analysis of issues that reveal the essence and importance of legal education as the most important means of forming the legal consciousness of citizens and improving their legal culture is of crucial importance from the point of view of further building a rule of law state in the Russian Federation. In the article, the authors, exploring the general theoretical characteristics of legal education and its relationship with such theoretical and legal categories as legal culture and legal awareness, reveal the essence of legal education and substantiate its direct significance from the standpoint of increasing the effectiveness of regulating relations in society.
