On the issue of trade countermeasures of the Russian Federation: permissive procedure for the withdrawal of certain types of goods

In the article, the author turns to the study of the issue of the introduction of trade countermeasures by the Russian Federation in the aspect of the application of the permissive procedure for the export of certain types of goods. There are categories of goods for which a permissive export procedure has been introduced. The author examines the procedure for obtaining permits on the example of applying to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
