Space and time values in the university maintenance evaluation

The inconsistency in the maintenance assessment indicators requires the use of space and time values in the system of estimated figures for institutes of higher education. The paper reviews the assessment indicators utilized in the Russian educational system. The author describes the evaluation system offered for educational institutions and investigates the assessment methods and the problem of inconsistency of indicators.
