To the question of the possibility of women and persons with family responsibilities to work in a flexible working time in the countries of the circumpolar region

The article examines the issues of differentiation of the legal regulation of the labor of women and persons with family responsibilities in the context of granting them the right to independently set their own work schedule. Changes are proposed to the current Russian legislation aimed at deepening the differentiation of labor of certain categories of workers.
