On the possibility of invalidation of work acceptance acts

The article is devoted to the analysis of the approaches to the legal nature of the fulfillment of obligations and documents drawn up with the purpose of formalizing the fact of fulfilling of obligations, in particular acts of acceptance of works under a contract of workmanship. The approach of courts in cases of contestation of such acts and peculiarities of approach in bankruptcy cases were considered. The variants of changes of law enforcement practice and correction of legislation on transactions are offered.
