The article deals with the situation of the simultaneous existence of traditional and innovative pedagogical paradigms. The importance of traditional and innovative paradigm frameworks to solve the problems of personality socialization and individualization is shown. The author considers the possibility of simultaneous existence and functioning of several educational paradigms in the same conditions of education, possibly with the determining role of one of them.
