To the question of the opportunity of third parties, participate when concluding a global agreement in the arbitration process: analysis of the subject composition

This paper addresses the issue of the possibility of the participation of third parties in the conclusion of a settlement agreement. There are quite a lot of scientific discussions on this topic, in this article this problem is investigated taking into account the available opinions of processualists based on the analysis of the subject composition of the participants in the arbitration process.
