On the possibility of proving the subjective side in the investigation of illicit trafficking in drug analogues or psychotropic substances

The article considers the problematic issues of proving guilt of the person in the investigation of drug trafficking, in particular related to the establishment of the subjective side in a crime, when the subject is drug analogues and psychotropic substances. The author sets forth the theoretical material on psychological principles of guilt and offers schemes for proving the subjective side taking into consideration corpus delicti.
