To the issue of possibilities of phonoscopic and forensic examination of video recordings in the course of bribery investigation in the sphere of education

Based on the analysis of criminal cases on bribery investigation in the sphere of higher education the features of the appointment and proceeding of phonoscopic, linguistic and forensic examinations of video recordings are considered in the article. The issues submitted for expert’s solution and typical mistakes in law enforcement practice while conducting these types of examinations are under study. The author comes to the conclusion that phonoscopic and forensic examination of video recordings becomes an integral evidence in bribery investigation in the field of education, since criminal facts can be recorded with audio and video devices.
